Mink served in World War II
I wish to point out an error in the “In Memoriam” section of the summer 2008 issue. Charles A. Mink, R’54, served in the Marine Corps during World War II, not during the Korean War.
He was at Richmond College while I was at Westhampton College. We had several classes together, dated often, and lost touch after I went to graduate school at the University of Maryland.
Please know that I read and enjoy every issue of the alumni magazine. It is all interesting and very well presented. The photographs are always beautiful—but they should be, given that the campus grows more lovely every decade.
